Dual degree is the situation where the student studies at his or her home institute and then also studies at another institution abroad so that he or she qualifies for a degree from both institutions. Generally the host institution and the partner university will have a Memorandum of Understanding between each other, and there will be a comprehensive credit transfer agreement between the universities.The student should consult his or her international student office for details.
